Reimbursement FAQs
We are going to TRY a payment fee reimbursement voucher program using the following two ways.
- 1. One time deposits of $30 USD or more will qualify for the payment fee reimbursement voucher for that payment. This is pretty straight forward and we believe needs no further explanation.
- 2. For every $60 USD in total deposits since your last reimbursement voucher, you qualify for a payment fee reimbursement voucher on your next prepay deposit.
Example: If you make three $20 USD prepay deposits, the payment fees of your next prepay deposit will be reimbursed.
For the time being you will need to send a email to Billing@GlobalCallVoIP.com or open a support ticket for Billing from within your control panel.
Please put "Payment Fee Reimbursement" in the subject line. Also provide your account number, date of deposit, and amount in the body of the message.
This processes is actually a lot simpler than it sounds and should still allow us to keep rates low while still giving you a little more call time for your money.
