Below are answers to some of our frequently asked questions or FAQs about our rates.

  • Q: I enter my number and there are no rates found.

    A: Please double check that you entered the number correctly. You Do Not dial the international access code. Example: You would dial someone in the UK by just dialing 441234567890 Not 00441234567890. Note: You will need to dial the country code + area code + local number even if you are dialing local. If there is still no rate found, please go to our Support Page and fill out a support ticket. Make sure to give us the complete number you are trying to call.
  • Q: I enter my number and there are more than one rate showing.

    A: Our rates are dynamic and are within a range for any given call. We have multiple grades of call plans (Money Saver, Standard Blend, Premium Blend, Business Blend, and Custom Blends) with multiple carriers/routes within these plans to make your call. When you place a call, our system will try the cheapest carrier/routes first for your call plan. If they do not work, the call may cancel completely or go to the next highest price and so on until your call is connected or we run out of routes. This dynamic range of rates ,although not perfect, strikes a balance between your calls costing less over the long run and you still having a successful connection.

    In any event, you will hear the amount of call time you have based on your current balance before the call is dialed. This can help you decide if you want to continue with the call.

    Note: Because of our very low rates, connection success is AS IS WHERE IS. Having said that, if you are constantly having trouble with a call, open a support ticket and let us know. We absolutely want to give you the best quality call at the best price we can.
  • Q: Your rates to the destination(s) I call most our higher than your competitors. Will you match their price?

    A: If possible, we would rather beat their price than match it. Please go to our Support Page and fill out a support ticket. Please provide us with a way to verify our competitors rate(s) and we will see if we can give you a better price.
